Well here he is OwO My third character. Lol I actually love him very much because of my red head fetish >w<;;
Milotic is probably gonna be my last character. We'll see. And yeah, he's really not the president XD Unless you guys actually elect him to be OwO
P.S. Of course he hates people messing with his lashes. They're probably very fragile. I mean, who knows how much time he spends getting them perfect in the morning lol
P.S.S. whether or not the lashes are real...depends on you ;)
